Jim Saad has worked on a broad variety of acquisitions and dispositions of real property and other assets; including the buying and selling of office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily residential properties, hotels, industrial sites and other commercial properties, and sales of equity interests (including controlling interests) in various types of entities that own real property. As part of our acquisitions and dispositions practice, we also negotiate property management agreements, brokerage and leasing agreements and asset management agreements, and advise our clients of the most beneficial ways to structure their transactions. Many of these transactions also involve seller financing, leasebacks and like-kind exchanges.
